Excell Still More!

     Leadership starts from the heart. You are leading yourself to do what is right and you want it done excellently and then you want to excell still more! Your heart must produce an attitude that believes you can make it. Excellent leaders are leading people by examples. You can not give away something you do not have right? It must be seen in your life first and it is right within you. If you can not make it then don't teach others what you can not make.

     Leadership is not influencing others to change for the first time, but influencing yourself to change for the first time. You want others to change then show it by yourself and influence them. That's real leadership. Without saying a word but by your great example unawarely you are leading others to do what is right. It's not what others believe in you, but what you believe in you. You are unique and you can be excellent, only develop a habit that will produce excellent job by doing what is right and do it excellently and then excell still more!

    You can not give an apple to someone unless you have an apple in your hand. You have to start doing it. Excellent practice produces perfect result and you can even excell still more! Are we familiar with the story David versus Goliath? How did David kill Goliath? Do you it was magic? I believe it wasn't. David while tending sheeps excellently practicing the excellent way of killing wild beasts using the sling with a stone and was not realizing that from being a shepherd later in the past that excellent practice made him a king.
